Stemcell 19051HLA EasySep™ HLA T Cell Enrichment Kit 旨在通過陰性選擇從新鮮或先前凍結(jié)的外周血單核細胞中分離T細胞。不需要的細胞有針對性的通過識別 CD14,CD16,CD19,CD20,CD36,CD56,CD66b,CD123,糖蛋白A和葡聚糖包覆的磁性粒子而被四聚體抗體復合物清除。 Stemcell 19051HLA EasySep&trade HLA T Cell Enrichment Kit 使用EasySep™磁鐵分離，而不使用列標記的細胞。期望得到的細胞被澆滅了到一個新的管為血清學或流式細胞儀交叉配血實驗做準備。
