The EasySep™ HLA CD3 Positive Selection Kit (Catalog #18051HLA)旨在通過陽性選擇從新鮮或先前凍結的外周血單核細胞中分離CD3+細胞。期望得到的細胞有針對性的通過識別CD3和右旋糖酐涂層的磁性粒子的四聚體抗體復合物被瞄準。The EasySep™ HLA CD3 Positive Selection Kit 還包含人Fc受體，以減少非特異性結合的抗體。The EasySep™ HLA CD3 Positive Selection Kit 使用EasySep™磁鐵分離，而不使用列標記的細胞。感興趣的細胞保持在管內(nèi)，同時不需要的細胞倒出。 CD3抗原表達在所有的T細胞和CD56+ NKT細胞。陽性選擇的細胞立即被準備用在流式細胞交叉配型分析（用EasySep™HLA FCXM阻斷解決方案，包括在套件時），血清學，或嵌合體分析。
