X-tremeGENE 9 DNA轉(zhuǎn)染試劑無脂質(zhì)體，低細胞毒素，適合應用于常用細胞系進行細胞分析。由于其具有低細胞毒性可以最小化需求并在多數(shù)常用細胞系中具備高轉(zhuǎn)染效率（甚至在存在血清時），保證轉(zhuǎn)染后得到最高細胞存活率。適合于所有細胞分析應用。產(chǎn)品使用方便，只需將轉(zhuǎn)染試劑稀釋后與質(zhì)粒DNA混合溫育，移取混合液直接滴加到細胞中，無需頻繁操作，節(jié)約時間。X-tremeGENE 9 DNA轉(zhuǎn)染試劑經(jīng)過嚴格測試，確保性能一致。X-tremeGENE 9 DNA轉(zhuǎn)染試劑是專有的混合脂和其它成份混合物，儲存在80%乙醇中，用0.2µm孔徑濾膜過濾，玻璃瓶包裝。

Due to its extremely low cytotoxicity, minimal optimization requirements, and high transfection efficiency in a wide range of commonly used cell lines (even in the presence of serum), it is well suited for all cellular analysis applications.
•　Generate physiologically relevant results using a reagent with extremely low cytotoxicity for maximum post-transfection cell viability.
