Stemcell 19751 EasySep™ Mouse T Cell Enrichment Kit 設(shè)計(jì)用來通過陰性選擇從小鼠脾細(xì)胞或其他組織細(xì)胞的單細(xì)胞懸液中分離小鼠T細(xì)胞。不需要的細(xì)胞通過生物素的抗體把非T細(xì)胞（細(xì)胞 CD11b，CD19，CD45R/B220，CD49B，TER119）和通過生物素和葡聚糖包覆的磁性顆粒識(shí)別的四聚體抗體配合物瞄準(zhǔn)并且去除。Stemcell 19751 EasySep™ Mouse T Cell Enrichment Kit 使用EasySep™磁鐵分離，而不使用列標(biāo)記的細(xì)胞。期望得到的細(xì)胞倒入到一個(gè)新的管。
