LONZA鱟試劑產(chǎn)品－Gel Clot LAL Assay產(chǎn)品介紹

鱟阿米巴樣細(xì)胞裂解物（ Limulus Amebocyte Lysate,LAL ）被用于檢測(cè)革蘭氏陰性細(xì)菌細(xì)胞壁的成分脂多糖（內(nèi)毒素）。該裂解物來(lái)源于鱟（Limulus polyphemus）的循環(huán)阿米巴樣細(xì)胞。

使用 LAL 進(jìn)行內(nèi)毒素檢測(cè)來(lái)源于 Bang 的發(fā)現(xiàn)， Bang 觀察發(fā)現(xiàn) Limulus polyphemus 革蘭氏陰性感染后導(dǎo)致致命性的血管內(nèi)凝聚。 Levin 和 Bang 后來(lái)發(fā)現(xiàn)這種凝結(jié)現(xiàn)象是內(nèi)毒素與鱟血中的循環(huán)阿米巴樣細(xì)胞中的一種可凝結(jié)蛋白相互作用的結(jié)果。 Levin 和 Bang 從洗滌后的阿米巴樣細(xì)胞中制備了一種裂解物，該裂解物是內(nèi)毒素的一種非常敏感的指示劑。 Solum,Young,Levin 和 Prendergast 已經(jīng)從 LAL 中純化和定性了可凝結(jié)蛋白，并且可與內(nèi)毒素發(fā)生酶促反應(yīng)。

PyroGene 是一種根據(jù)重組因子 C 的激活建立的新型內(nèi)毒素檢測(cè)方法，并且不是取自動(dòng)物血液。
